Our Associates are qualified to administer and provide feedback on a whole range of psychometric tests for profiling and ability testing tools. These can be administered online, where appropriate, or completed manually and feedback can be delivered either face to face or in a written report format.

Psychometric tests can be used either in isolation or, more effectively, as part of a recruitment & selection or learning strategy.

We can use a wide variety of ability, personality and other questionnaires which include; MBTI (Step 1 and 2), SDI, OPQ and TKI to name a few:
